confession being good for the soul...

I've just been to confession. :) It was good, it's been a while since the last time I was there. I love the feeling of relief that comes from attending confession. Like someone out there has acknowledged that yeah we screw up sometimes but as long as we recognise it and are sorry then it's cool.
