A man with a big horn

We decided to go for a wander about the city today and came across this chap and his rather impressive horn. We have no idea what the event or purpose was for him having his horn out. But whatever the reason he was quite happy and indeed didn't restrain himself from playing with it as soon as he was able. He soon gathered a small crowd who were equally interested in him and his very impressive horn.
