Work problem

Just had a pretty rotten telephone call from one of my new managers. I knew the issue with the restriction on all flights within Europe was possibly going to cause an issue but I did not expect the level of attitude that I received earlier this evening. I think that my previous email trying to get to the bottom of what was happening within the project put her on a defensive foot and she lashed out. *sigh* This is what happens when you push people for information and find out that they're not on top of it and they try to make the problem you are having worse than it is to cover up their issues. 

To say I was upset is putting it mildly. I don't think very clearly when someone unexpectedly jumps down my throat and basically insinuates that I was lying. Despite attempts to give rational and/or explanations these were thrown to one side and dismissed.
