Today I have made a small heart shaped lavender filled thingy that can be hung up in the wardrobe to keep the moths at bay and to make the clothes smell nice. Then I made a felt rose using the instructions I found at the Mrs Priss website and added some green leaves at the base to cover the rough looking bits there.
Of course I did not take any photos because I never remember in time. (doh!) They have both been given away as pressies to my partners two little ones.
I loved the smell of the lavender pillow thingy so I decided to make one for myself. I used the remnants of the Cath Kidston fabric I had left over and filled it with dried lavender and chamomile flowers. I have placed it under my pillow as the scents of both flowers I find are very good at helping me to relax.
