Feckin' hell. How bloody difficult can it be? I have tried searching for information regarding the release of The Motorcycle Diaries here in London and have come up with pretty lousy results. The Channel Four website is near enough useless as it doesn't have any links or information with regards to where it's showing.
The BFI is showing it on the 19th, no good as I'm going with my mate to see Dido that night. This is a complete arse as it's a special preview and after the screening they have Walter Salles on stage to talk about the film.
The Barbican are also showing it, from the 27th to the 31st. Unfortunately I don't get back from Ireland until the 1st Sept.
I contacted the people at Genesis cinema in Mile End and they will be showing it but they don't know when. They were very sweet though. *smile*
I have also had a search on google and have found nothing. Man, how difficult can it be to find somewhere that is showing it? Am I having a special moment and being a little slow? Maybe, but if anyone out there has any further information I would be very happy if you would share it with me.
