I have completed the skirt and worn it to my Christmas party. It was brilliant and the skirt got plenty of complements. I'm on a roll. At the moment I'm trying to make a handbag but because I cut it out from the pattern wrong and have sewn it in the wrong place I've complicated it to the point it's taking longer than it should have. But hey ho, we live and learn.
The party was a great success. Everyone looked gorgeous and had a fantastic time. Especially Ray LOL he was in his element. He looked fabulous and was surrounded by admiring young nurses who were out for a good night to let their hair down and shake off the stress of the last few months.
