Karl Rove is a long range thinker...mentored by Lee Atwater dirty trick operator par excellence and he uses dirty tricks with great skill.
Detailed in the book Bush's brain are the tricks he used in Bush's campaigns for governor, against John McCain in South Carolina etc.
And since he has no moral or ethical problem in using them...his only objective is to win...this campaign has reached new depths...faced with a record of failures
By the Bush admin he must depend on attacking the opponent in every way he can create.
This complete lack of ethics and morality create a clear choice for the voter....do you really want as president someone who condones these tactics...and who has failed miserably in Iraq.
Believe me the rest of the world is watching and if our reputation is lousy now, see what it will be like if Bush is re-elected...because that will tell the world that as a nation we approve these tactics...a rather terrible demonstration of democracy.
